Observed several food items being stored above 41F. Cheese at 76 and 81 on the serving line. Burrito at 47 and cheese at 44 in reach in cooler. Ambient of reach in at 43. COS: food out of temp discarded. Unit not working maintenance is going to check and will not be used until health department inspector rechecks it.

Observed air conditioner unit not working properly in facility. Employees were not sweating into the food at this time. Kitchen was 85F. Discussed with manager that the AC needs to be fixed immediately.
