Observed an accumulation of mold/mildew-like substance on the soda nozzle behind the front line and observed pink-slime-like accumulation on the soda nozzles in the lobby. Code: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(q)1&3 - good repair & calibration (c)
Observed that the ambient air thermometer in the merchandizer in the main kitchen was not accurate. Code: Ambient air thermometers shall be accurate.

Observed accumulation of debris on the inside of units, specifically the freezers and keg coolers. Code: Units shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.

Observed accumulation of debris under shelves in both dry storage areas. Code: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
