Observed several employee drinks that were stored in single-use cups without a lid or straw and observed drinks in screw cap bottles and the drinks were stored with and above food and food contact surfaces throughout the kitchen. COS. All drinks removed. CA: Employee drinks shall be stored in single-use containers with a lid and a straw and shall be handled to prevent contamination.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed that one of the hand sinks at the bar was obstructed by items stored in the basin. COS. Items moved. CA: Hand sinks shall be kept clear and accessible at all times.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed accumulation of mold/mildew-like substance on the inside of the bulk ice machine at the bar. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed that the facility posted their previous score of '100 A' instead of their most recent score of '70 C'. CA: The most recent inspection report shall be posted within 15 feet of the front door, 5-7 feet from the floor, readable from a distance of 1 foot away, and in a conspicuous place.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Observed containers stacked while wet. CA: Containers shall be thoroughly air dried prior to stacking or in a position to drain.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
Observed that the facility does not have the means to test their heat based sanitizing ware washer. CA: Facility shall have the means to test each type of sanitizing method used in the facility.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed accumulation of debris on floors, particularly at the bar. CA: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation of debris.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed employee belongings stored with and above food and food contact surfaces (jackets and bags stored with and above dry goods). COS. Items moved. CA: Employee belongings and activities shall be in designated locations that prevent the contamination of food and food contact surfaces.
