Observed facility cleaning equipment in the vegetable prep sink. COS. Items moved, sink sanitizer, and employees trained on vegetable prep sink purpose. CA: The vegetable prep sink is for the washing of vegetables, fruits, and RTE foods only.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed accumulation of debris on the inside of units, especially the reach in freezers. CA: Nonfood contact surfaces shall be clean and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(l) - toilet rooms, enclosed (c)
Observed restroom doors did not close all the way. CA: Restroom doors shall be self-closing and tight fitting.
