Observed the food service permit was not posted. CA: The food service permit shall be posted in public view.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
Observed facility had acoustic ceiling tiles installed over front food service area and warewashing area. RCA: Seal tiles with epoxy or replace with approved material. CA: Ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed walls in front food service area are drywall. RCA: Walls shall be FRP, ceramic tile, or stainless steal. CA: Walls shall be constructed of material that is easily cleanable and smooth.
