Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed that the hand sink nearest the chicken breading station had dishes in the basin. COS. Removed, sink washed, rinsed, and sanitized. CA: Hand sinks shall only be used for the purpose of washing hands and shall be kept clear and accessible at all times.

Observed that the hand sink nearest the chicken breading station did not have any hand soap. COS. Restocked. CA: Hand washing cleanser shall always be stocked at hand washing sinks.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(q) - food storage (c)
Observed that the facility was storing containers of food inside containers of other containers of food, the bottom of the stacked containers was touching the food in the container below it. COS. Removed. CA: Food shall be stored in a manner that prevents contamination.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed accumulation of debris under shelves and equipment, particularly in front food service area, in the back prep area, and accumulation of ice on the walls of the walk-in. CA: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
