Base violation: Observed accumulation of debris/old food on food contact surfaces of the clean containers on the shelving in the warewashing area. COS. Containers were placed to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized again. Code: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Base violation: Observed that there was a leak under the 3-compartment sink. Code: Plumbing system and fixtures shall be maintained in a state of good repair.

Observed cold TCS food stored above 41 F (tomatoes, cheese, cole slaw). COS. Discarded by the PIC. Code: TCS food that uses cold holding as a control for safety shall be held at 41 F or below.
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(c) - handwashing sinks, installation (pf, c)
Observed that the hand sinks in the kitchen do not have hot water and that the facility was continuing to operate. COS. Concession stand ceased operations as there was no hot water; prior to the inspection ending, facility was able to get hot water to the concession stand again. States that there was an electrical issue which they have since fixed. Code: Hand sinsks shall be equipped to provide hot and cold water that can be tempered to 85 F.
Base violation: Observed that not all containers of food, particularly squirt bottles, were not labeled with the common name of the product. COS. Labels added. Code: All non-easily identifiable foods shall be labeled with the common name of the product.

Base violation: Observed employees working with food while wearing jewelry (bracelets). Code: With the exception of a plain band ring, no jewelry may be worn on the hands or wrists while preparing food.
