The daily testing does not include the chlorine levels for each day the pool is open. The chlorine and pH must be tested twice daily for pools. .04(9)(d) There are some side rails missing inside the pool (not required by code), but the screws are still present and are sticking out. Remove screws or replace handrails to prevent injury to bathers. All surfaces that come in contact with the user shall be finished so that they do not constitute a cutting, pinching, puncturing or abrasion hazard under casual contact and intended use. All materials shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
