Base violation: Observed food stored on floor in walk-in freezer and storage area. COS. Items raised off the floor. CA: Food shall be stored 6 inches off the ground.
13A - posted: permit/inspection/choking poster/handwashing
Regulation: 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - displaying of the inspection report (c)
Base violation: Observed the most recent inspection report was not posted; a previous score of 93 was posted instead of the most recent score of 83. CA: The most recent inspection report shall be posted 15 feet from the front door, 5-7 feet from the floor, and readable from a distance of 1 foot away.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Base violation: Observed containers stacked while wet. COS. Containers unstacked to properly air dry. CA: Utensils shall be properly air dried prior to stacking.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Base violation: Observed that the facility was using non-food grade containers that are not built from durable materials and are unable to hold their form and characteristics while being used, that is to say the facility is using plastic bins that are melting and bending while hot holding food. COS. Containers removed from service. CA: Equipment and materials shall be constructed of durable materials that can hold their form/shape.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Base violation: Observed accumulation of debris on the floors throughout the facility. CA: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
