Observed that the maximum water temperature observed was 124 F. Code: Hot water temeprature shall not exceed 120 F

Observed large stains on the mattresses in several rooms; rooms were 205, 225, 301, 22, and 329. Stains on several of the mattresses were more than 1 foot in diameter with the largest cover ~25% of the mattress. Code: Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Observed damaged ceiling/minor build-up of mold/mildew-like substance on the ceiling of the shower. Code: Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean

Observed several unlabeled spray bottles on several different housekeeping carts. COS. Bottles labeled. Code: Any spray bottle used in cleaning a tourist room or stored on the housekeeping cart shall be labeled with its contents

Observed that the facility could not provide the annual gas fired equipment inspection paperwork upon request. CA: Facility shall have a gas fired equipment inspection done at least yearly and such paperwork shall be available upon request

RCA: Address violations in the kitchen. CA: Tourist Accommodations with a food service permit shall be in compliance with the Food Service Rules and Regulations

Observed that upon arrival the front-desk attendant was unable to provide a list or access to the rooms and that a manager had to be called in to the facility. CA: Tourist accommodations shall have a person in charge at time of inspection who is present and able to provide access to the facility; facility shall show that there is managerial oversight of the facility
