Observed cold TCS items in the reach in cooler holding temperatures above 41 degrees F (see temperatures above). COS: items were discarded. Code: temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F.

Observed a reach in cooler in the main kitchen holding an ambient temperature of 45 degrees F. Code: Equipment shall be kept in good repair and proper adjustment.
