Hand sink was inaccessible due to prep-top lids being stored in front of the sink. COS: Lids were removed. Code: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.

Observed that the rear exterior door does is not tight-fitting when self-closing. Code: Exterior openings shall be self-closing and tight-fitting.

Observed employee items being stored on a food contact surface in the main kitchen near preptop cooler. COS items were removed. Code: Employee belongings shall be stored in designated areas that prevent contamination of food and food contact surfaces.
