Observed that the juice/drink cooler in the front food service area is not functioning properly/is in a state of disrepair. Code: Equipment shall be maintained in a state of good repair.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed accumulation of debris and food under shelves and equipment in the dry storage area and accumulation of soil/dirt near the exterior entrance next to the refrigerator. Code: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation of debris.
