Observed unlabeled chemical spray bottles stored throughout facility. COS. Labeled. CA: Working containers for chemicals, cleaners, or sanitizers shall be identified with the common name.
11C - approved thawing methods used
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(c) - thawing (c)
Observed facility thawing meats in standing water. COS. Placed under running water. CA: Thawing shall be done by approved methods.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed to-go cup for sauce was being used as scoops and stored in the product. COS. Scoops was placed with handle above the food. CA: Scoops shall have handles and handles shall be above the level of food.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed accumulation of debris and food on the inside of reach in units. CA: Non food contact surfaces shall be clean and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
