Chemicals are improperly stored. Ensure all chemicals are stored in a manner that prevents potential contamination of prep tables, prep areas, single use, and clean equipment. Bottle of glass cleaner is present on shelf above prep table and next to single use cups. A container of liquid dish soap is present in the basin of the 2 compartment food prep sink. There are numerous first aid kits present on a work space on top of a reach in cooler. Recommend moving the container of stainless steel wipes from the shelving with ice scoops. There is currently enough space between container and clean ice scoops.

Employee personal items are improperly stored: Ensure employee items are present below and away from prep areas, single use, clean equipment and food items. Employee jacket and bag are present on the prep table and employee closed food items are present in the reach in cooler above customer items.
