Observed that the most recent inspection report was not posted; a previous score of 96 was posted instead of the last score of 95. CA: The most recent inspection report shall be posted within 15 feet of the door, 5-7 feet from the floor, and readable from a distance of 1 foot away.

Observed containers stacked while wet. COS. CA: Unstacked to properly air dry. Code: Equipment and utensils shall be properly air dried prior to stacking.

Observed accumulation of debris and spillage on the inside of units. CA: Non-food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed build up of ice on floor of walk-in freezer; observed accumulation of debris under shelving in walk-in freezer. CA: Facility shall be clean and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
