Observed soda nozzle stored in hand sink at bar. COS. Removed. CA: Hand sinks shall be for hand washing only and accessible at all times to employees.

Observed gaps at back screen door. CA: Exterior openings shall be self-closing and tight fitting.

Observed accumulation of debris on the inside of units. CA: Equipment and non-food contact surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
