Observed brown build-up on water dispenser nozzle. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: No COS observed. PIC will have water dispenser nozzles cleaned and sanitized.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed reach-in cooler in main kitchen in disrepair. (internal ambient temp=60°F). CA: Equipment must be maintained in a state of repair. COS: No COS observed. PIC must have reach-in cooler serviced/replaced to ensure internal temperature is maintained at 41°F or below.
