Observed significant ice build-up along inside of ice cream freezer over tops of exposed ice cream tubs. Corrective Action: Discussed increasing frequency of defrosting inside of the freezers with PIC. PIC will designate employee to defrost freezers and will adjust cleaning schedule to increase frequency.
