Observed food containers stored touching food on make table. CA: Food must be protected from sources of contamination. COS: Food containers were removed and moved to lower shelf in reach in cooler.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
observed tongs lying with handle down in food in and spoon handles down in sauces and ice scoop handle in ice. CA: Handles of in use utensils must be stored with handle above food. COS: pic removed utensils and washed, several sauces were discarded by pic.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used

observed single use lids reused and in poor condition (used as spice shakers). CA: Single use containers must be discarded and not reused. COS: pic will discard single use containers. Health Dept. will re-check

observed multiple single use soy sauce containers full of debris and water outside next to grease holder. CA: Frequency, removal of refuse, recyclables should be often enough to minimize odors, attracting pest. Containers should be inverted until removed to prevent water and debris build up. COS: pic will remove containers. Health Dept. will re-check.
