Observation: Observed broken ice machine located on the first floor.

Corrective Action: Discussed having the ice machine repaired with the PIC. All appliances considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. The PIC will have the ice machine repaired. This will be rechecked by the Health Department

Observation: Observed missing light bulbs in appliances in rooms 107 and 209. Observed missing light bulb in ceiling light fixture in room 215.

Corrective Action: Discussed having all light bulbs replaced with the PIC. The PIC will have the light bulbs replaced. These rooms will not be rented until light bulbs have been repaired/replaced and are working properly. This will be rechecked by the Health Department

Observation: Observed microwave ovens in need of cleaning/ replacement in rooms 107, 215 and 309.

Corrective Action: Discussed having the microwave ovens properly cleaned or replaced with the PIC. The PIC will have the microwave ovens cleaned or replaced. These rooms will not be rented until the microwave ovens are cleaned/replaced. This will be rechecked by the Health Department

Observation: Observed the bathtub in room 107 that was not properly draining.

Corrective Action: Discussed having the bathtub serviced/ repaired so that the water can be properly drained. Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. The PIC will have the bathtub serviced. The room must not be rented to the public until the bathtub has been serviced/ repaired. This will be rechecked by the Health Department

Observation: Observed blocks of raw wood used to mount toilet paper holders in all rooms inspected.

Corrective Action: Discussed having these pieces of raw wood painted/ sealed so that they are smooth and nonabsorbent. Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. The PIC will have these pieces of raw wood painted/ sealed. This will be rechecked by the Health Department

Observation: Observed exterior door on the main floor not properly closing and in need of repair/ replacement.
