Observed cooked steak in container with date mark of 5/12/26 and sliced deli ham removed from original container with date mark of 5/14/26 in reach in cooler. CA: A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it exceeds 7 day. COS: PIC discarded datemarked food exceeding 7 days.
