Observed potentially hazardous TCS foods cold held at greater than 41 F. Observed potentially hazardous TCS foods in several coolers cold held at greater than 41 F. CA: Discussed cold holding with PIC. PIC discarded all TCS foods being cold held at above 41 F. PIC will not use broken coolers to cold hold TCS foods until coolers have been serviced by a licensed technician. Coolers will be rechecked by the Floyd County Health Department before being used to cold hold TCS foods.

A licensed technician will be called to service coolers. Broken coolers will not be used to cold hold potentially hazardous TCS foods until repaired. Coolers will be rechecked by Floyd County Health Department to ensure proper functionality.
