Observed several containers of cooked pork held past 7 days (discard date of 10/29) in walk in cooler, pasta salad in individual containers in reach in cooler with discard date of 7/29). CA: Discussed discarding all food 7 days or less with pic. COS: PIC discarded pasta salad and pork.

Observed multiple dates on several containers of food in prep cooler. CA: Discussed date marking system and containers of food should have only one correct date of preparation with pic. (pico) COS: pic discarded food

Observed no hanging thermometers inside several prep top coolers. CA: Discussed thermometers with pic. COS: pic will have thermometers for all coolers. Health Dept. will re-check.

observed containers for storage of utensils, equipment, and portable fan with dust/food build up. CA: Discussed cleaning procedures with pic. COS: pic will clean and health dept. will re-check.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned

Observed bathroom door open during inspection. CA: Discussed self-closures for all bathroom doors with pic. COS: pic will repair doors with self-closures. Health dept. will re-check
