Observed quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at minimum strength for proper sanitization. Observed quaternary ammonium sanitizer in 3-compartment sink and multiple sanitizer buckets below 200 ppm. CA: Discussed proper concentration of chemical sanitizers, testing frequency of chemical sanitizer and when to change out sanitizer solution with PIC. PIC remade all sanitizer buckets and refilled 3-compartment sink. Quaternary sanitizer verified at 200 ppm. PIC will increase frequency of sanitizer testing and ensure all sanitizer solution is switched out at least every 4 hours depending on usage.
