Observed several opened water bottles in kitchen. CA: Personal drinks must be stored in single use cups with lid and straw in designated location. COS: pic removed water bottles/discarded.

Observed employee eating in food storage/front service and preparation area at snack bar. CA: Employees must have designated area outside of kitchen for eating. COS: Educated employees in front service area.
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
observed no knowledge of vomit clean up kit or written plan and approved sanitizer. CA: Establishment must have established procedures, kit and approved sanitizer for a vomiting/diarrheal event. COS: No correction on site. Health Dept. will re-check.
9-2 - compliance with variance, specialized process and haccp plan

Observed facility using Reduced oxygen packaging of scallops without HACCP plan. CA: A HACCP plan must be granted before ROP can be utilized for seafood/fish. COS: pic discarded scallops.
11A - proper cooling methods used: adequate equipment for temperature control
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(e) - cooling methods (pf, c)
Observed TCS food cooling at room temperature on counter and in reach in cooler in deep plastic container. CA: Equipment must be adequate for rapid cooling of foods using approved cooling methods. COS: pic placed food into ice baths for rapid cooling.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(m) - wiping cloths, use limitation (c)
Observed wet wiping cloths throughout kitchen on food contact surfaces and used for other purposes. CA: Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer between use and cannot be used in contact with food. COS: pic removed wiping cloths from storage and food contact surfaces.
