Observed black build up on interior of drink dispenser nozzles. CA: Drink dispenser nozzles must be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency necessary to prevent accumulation of soil. COS: Drink dispenser nozzles were washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed food debris underneath fryer station and grease accumulation on wall behind fryer station. CA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. COS: No correction on site can be noted. PIC must have fryer station cleaned free of food debris and grease accumulation.
