Observed multiple containers of TCS food with no date marking. CA: Food containers must be date marked with date food is first prepared/cooked or unsealed for deli meat and uncultured dairy. COS: pic discarded food with no date marking (chicken salad, pimento cheese, slaw, diced tomatoes, deli meats, cheese, sauces)

Observed food handler with no hair restraint. CA: Food handlers must have hair effectively restrained. COS: pic pulled hair back. Health Dept. will re-check hair restraint.
