Observed kitchen workers preparing food without hair restraints during inspection. Corrective Action: CFSM was notified. All food workers were instructed to put on proper hair restraints prior to continuing food prep.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed damaged and split gaskets on reach-in coolers and freezers at cookline. Damaged gasket also observed on walk-in cooler. Corrective Action: CFSM was notified. Work order will be submitted to have gaskets replaced. This will be rechecked.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed damaged, rusted overhead grate with peeling paint in walk-in cooler used for storage of beer and food items. Corrective Action: CFSM was notified. Grate will either be repaired or replaced to prevent further damage and possible contamination of food items in the future. This will be rechecked.
