observed flow meter at top of flow meter and unable to calculate flow. CA: Discussed appropriate range of flow meter with Lance. COS: Lance (CPO) will have flow meter and range looked at by a professional to repair so that the turnover can be calculated.

ed FCL below minimum ppm (2) for stabilized, outdoor pools and in accordance to the Georgia DPH Rules and Regulations. CA: discussed FCL level with lifeguard on duty and staff. COS: Lance (CPO) is aware of FCL-Pump had gone off during night. Lance will call to schedule re-inspection before pool is opened within 24 hours after pool is in compliance with the sanitizer.

Observed Free Chlorine levels too high (above 10 ppm) CA: discussed chlorine levels with pic-pic will not allow kids to swim until re-checked by health dept.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.23(5)(b) - (b) during operation, the ph is less than the minimum or more than the maximum levels allowed in dph rule 511-3-5-.l7.
Observed pH levels too high (7.9 and 8.1) CA: discussed pH levels with pic and pic will not allow kids to swim until chemicals are in range and pool is re-checked by health dept.
