The top drawer of the unit was unable to close and significant amounts of ice were noted in the prep top.

Corrective Action: Discussed cold-holding with PIC. Items that were recently placed on prep table were brought to the walk-in freezer to rapidly cool back down to 41 deg F or below. Items that were in the unit for greater than 4 hours were discarded. The PIC was able to get the drawer to close by the end of the inspection but will have the drawer checked by maintenance. The facility will use TPHC to store these items while cooler is being checked and monitor food temperatures to determine if the cause was the door not sealing properly. The cooler will be re-checked.
