Hot water sanitizing dish machine measured 140 degrees F at plate level. COS - PIC had DM maintenance performed by on-site maintenance employee. New hot water sanitizing dish machine temped 160 degrees F with temp sticker. Corrective action: Hot water sanitizing dish machine must reach 160 degrees F at plate level.

Inspector observed mold-like growth and residue in all ice bins and dark accumulations on the soda nozzles. COS - PIC had soda nozzles replaced with new. Corrective action: Ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles must be cleaned and sanitized at least every 24 hours.
