Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(l) - mechanical warewashing, hot water sanitization temperatures(p)
Inspector observed dishwasher plate-level temperatures of 151F and 155F. Advised PIC to repair/replace machine so that water at plate level is 160F or above.

Observed Sanibuckets #2 and #3 at 0 ppm QAC. Advised PIC to only use the dispenser (2 dispensers present) that can dispense sanitizing solution between 150-400 ppm QAC.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Inspector observed leak from pipes below handwash sink at bar. Corrective Action: A plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair.
