Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
EHS observed mixing spoons stored in water solution. Corrective action: store spoons in a clean dry container and wash, rinse, and sanitize a minimum of every 4 hours or as needed.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed employee belongings on top of the low boy freezer. Corrective action: designate an area for employee belongings to be stored away from food and food prep.
