Inspector observed dark colored spotting of mold-like growth on the interior shelf of the bulk ice machine. COS - PIC removed shelf from unit to clean and sanitize. Corrective action: equipment such as ice makers shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer or at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.
