Inspector observed inspection report posted in the back corner of the front food service area, past where the customer would stop to order at the register; report not conspicuously displayed. Corrective action: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.

Observed employee with ineffective hair restraint. Observed employee with no beard guard/restraint. Advised PIC to provide beard nets are required for food handlers with beards longer than half an inch. Advised PIC that hair nets are required with visors for effective hair restraint.

Observed the most recent health inspection report was not posted in the drive thru window. Advised PIC to post most recent copy of the health inspection report in the dining room and drive thru window.

High temperature single rack dishmachine not sanitizing. Advise-Repair/replace to provide 160F final rinse at the plate level. COS- Use 3-compartment sink until repaired.

Observed accumulation of debris on the sprayer of the three compartment sink. Advise- Deep clean 3-compartment sink area.
