Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Inspector observed numerous utensils stored clean with label residue. COS PIC pulled for rewash. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Inspector observed employee belongings stored with/on food service equipment/prep areas throughout the main kitchen [jacket, handbag, coffee creamer, coffee mix, peanut butter, sugar w/ spoon, drinks, phones, bag of chips]. COS PIC relocated and sanitized areas. CA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions.
