Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Cloth located in hand sink near prep sink. COS - removed. Handwashing sinks are to be used for handwashing only and to be readily accessible at all times.
12D - washing fruits and vegetables
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(g) - washing fruits & vegetables (pf)
Dishes were stored in soapy water at vegetable prep sink. COS - removed and sink was washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Vegetable prep sink is for washing vegetables only.
