Observed several bulk foods with cups used as scoops stored inside bulk food container. COS PIC removed cups. Advised PIC scoops must have handles and handles must be stored out of the food.

Clean containers are stacked on top of each other while wet. Advised PIC that clean containers shall be air-dried before stacking.
