Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(l) - mechanical warewashing, hot water sanitization temperatures(p)
Inspector observed dish machine not reading a minimum of 160.0 degrees F at plate level. Corrective Action: Dish machine needs to be serviced to read 160.0 degrees F minimum at plate level. COS switched to 3 compartment sink until dish machine is serviced.
