Observed the most recent inspection is not posted in the dining room or drive thru window.
Corrective action: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information.

Observed the food service permit is not posted in the restaurant. Corrective action: Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed the walk-in freezer with a buildup of ice around the condenser and upper walls. Corrective action: repair/replace/defrost walk in cooler to prevent a buildup of ice in the unit.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(n) - exhaust ventilation hood systems, designed to prevent grease or condensation from dripping on food/equipment (c)
Observed the drip pan was missing from the vent hood over the fryers.
Corrective action: Install missing drip pan in the vent hood.
