Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed the milkshake/ice cream blender being rinse with reused room temperature water between uses. Corrective action- wash rinse and sanitize the blenders a minimum of every four hours and more frequently if needed. A prep sink rinse station may need to be installed to rinse the cup for clean water rinse of the blender between uses.
