Observed a pink mold like substance on the baffle of the ice machine. PIC burned the ice then had the machine cleaned and sanitized.

Observed several food contact surfaces that were in need of cleaning. These surfaces include: the scored cutting boards for grill line, the scored cutting boards on one of the prep tables, and a can opener with and extremely soiled bladed.

1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC will discard and replace the cuttin boards and had the can opener washed and sanitized.

Observed a black moldl ike substance at the top of the ice machine bin. (iv) In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment:

(I) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or

(II) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.

PIC had the ice discarded the machine cleaned and sanitized.
