Observed nicotine pouches at checkout. CA advised PIC that no tobacco products can be used on site. Employees shall not use any form of tobacco products, or electronic devices that simulate tobacco smoking, while engaged in food preparation or service, nor while in areas used for equipment or utensil washing and storage, food preparation or food storage. Employees shall only use tobacco products or electronic devices that simulate tobacco smoking in approved designated areas.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible

Observed mold like substance in ice machine. Ca advised PIC to regularly clean ice machine. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned

Most recent inspection report not posted. CA advised PIC that the most recent inspection report must be posted. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

Observed no test strips for chlorine 3 compartment sink. CA advised PIC that test strips are needed. Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
