Observed multiple foods in first walk in cooler above 41 degrees. CA: Advised PIC to move all TCS foods into other WIC today. PIC stated that he noticed WIC not cooling around 9:30 this morning.

Observed food containers that were stacked while still wet. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils:
Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food; and
May not be cloth dried except that utensils that have been air-dried may be polished with cloths that are maintained clean and dry. PIC will ensure that all dishes are being air dried before stacking

Observed several cutting board that were not in use at the time of the inspection that were heavily scored.

PIC discarded these cutting boards.
