Observed that the ice maker/machine had mold like dirt on the ice maker cover and around the machine. I advised the PIC to clean it. 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces,& Utensils (Pf) (7) Cleaning of Equipment and Utensils.

Observed establishment food permit expired on 3/1/2025. Advised the PIC to renew the permit. 511-6-1.02(1)(f)(1) - Permit, Displayed (C)

Observed ice machine with brown and pink build up along food contact surface. Also observed top microwave with food debris inside. Advised PIC to clean food contact surfaces to sight and touch.
