Observed a dented cans in the main kitchen. CA: Advised PIC to monitor cans upon receiving. Package Integrity. Food packages shall be in good condition and protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants
6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Observed failure to cold hold all the TCS (Ham, Tomatoes, Buffalo Chicken, Meat bals, Gyro) foods on the first prep top cooler at the main kitchen. TCS foods shall be cold held at 41 degrees or below. Advised PIC to discard food.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf)
During the routine inspection EHS attempted to wash hands but the hand sink in the main kitchen did not have any soap available at the time. COS: Staff managed to replenish the soap dispenser.

Observed microwave with food debris throughout. All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. CA: MOD was advised to clean and sanitize the unit

Observed pink and black slime on the deflector plate of the ice machine. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. MOD was advised to discard all of the ice and to have the unite clean and sanitized

Observed can opener with food debris and other buildup on the blade. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. MOD was advised to clean or replace the blade.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed the dishwasher at the bar failed to produce the correct amount of sanitizer (10ppm chlorine was produced after tested). CA: PIC was advised to reach out to their provider to have the unit service to produce the corect amount. PIC was also advised to not use the dishwasher until it has been serviced and reaches a sanitation of 50ppm-100ppm chlorine.
