Observed Total Alkalinity level above maximum allowable level. Corrective action - CPO advised to make necessary adjustments to bring Total Alkalinity level into proper range.

Observed cloudy pool water at time of inspection. Corrective action - CPO advised to make necessary adjustments to improve water clarity. Water clarity shall be maintained. When standing at the pool's edge at the deep end, the main drain suction outlet covers or a four inch by four inch square marker tile in contrasting color shall be clearly visible. When standing at a spa's edge, the deepest portion of the spa floor shall be visible when the water is still. 1. For pools over ten feet deep an eight inch by eight inch square marker tile in a contrasting color to the pool floor shall be visible at all deepest part of the pool. 2. This reference point shall be visible at tall times from the edge of the deck.times from the edge of the deck.

Observed no chlorine present in pool water at time of inspection. Corrective action - CPO advised to make necessary adjustments to water chemistry. Free Chlorine level in pools using cyanuric acid or a stabilized chlorine product; Minimum 2.0 Ideal 2.0-5.0 Maximum 10.0

Observed an unapproved ring buoy in use at the pool. Corrective action - CPO advised to obtain a Coast Guard approved life buoy. A minimum one-fourth inch diameter throwing rope one and one-half times the maximum width of the pool or fifty feet in length, whichever is less, to which has been firmly attached a ring buoy with an outside diameter of approximately fifteen inches or a similar flotation device which is U.S. Coast Guard approved.

Observed grab rail by entry gate is loose. Grab . rails should not move. CA- CPO will tighten grab rail.
