Observed hand sink in bar area not in operation. PIC stated they use 3C or employee bathroom for handwashing.

Observed a hand sink that was not in operation at the time of the inspection. EHS also observed no faucet and no visible water. PIC also confirmed that he uses the 3C sink/dump sink for hand washing.

An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Pf PIC will contact his vendor to repair the hand sink, so it can function for hand washing only.

Observed a black mold like substance on the baffle of the ice machine and visible rust in the ice machine bin. EHS also observed the line for the drinks touching the ice in the storage bins.
(iv) In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment:
(I) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or
(II) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.
PIC will discard all of the ice in the bin and have the machine cleaned and sanitized.
