Observed Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried. Wet items were observed stacked on top of each other to prevent air drying.

Observed ice buildup in the freezer. Advised PIC that ice buildup needs to be cleaned in freezer. Cooling fan in cooler needs to be fixed as well. CA: PIC informed that they are working with maintenance to fix both machines.
